Even the Mess Has Meaning: On Healing, Judgment & Inner Transformation

Some transformations don’t come with fireworks.
They arrive quietly. In the pauses. In the unraveling.
This week, I’ve been reflecting on the beauty that rises in messy seasons—the ones where we’re not sure what we’re walking toward, only that we can’t go back to who we were.
There’s a sacred shift that happens when we stop trying to fix or control everything… and instead soften into compassion—for the parts of us that are still figuring it out.
I used to judge myself harshly for not “having it all together.”
Now I know:
🌿 Growth is not always graceful.
🌿 Progress doesn’t always look like movement.
🌿 And sometimes, the most powerful healing comes from choosing presence over perfection.
This is what transmutation really is.

It’s not just about change—it’s about alchemy. About meeting your pain, your patterns and your past… with tenderness and choosing to rise differently.
If you’re walking through a tender season, this is your reminder:
You don’t have to rush.
You don’t have to be polished.
And even in the quiet, something sacred is unfolding in you.
If this message speaks to you, share it with someone who may need the same soft reminder.
With Love & Compassion,
Tarisha
